Relive the memories of Syracuse's longest running band - Dan Elliott & The Monterays - with their 1966 appearance on WSYR-TV's "On The Move". Original members...and at the time, still in high school!: Jack Abert (bass/vocals), Dave Moziak (guitar/vocals), Johnny Wisniewski (guitar/vocals), Dave Usiatynski (drums) - and the man still keeping The Monterays flame burning to this day, Dan Elliott on lead vocals.

This was a hit for "Peter, Paul & Mary" and an LP cut for The Hollies in the US, but a hit single in the UK.

I got confused. I saw these guys in Syracuse in 1966, but now I've confused them with Carment Licitra and the Vikings. Watching this clip restored my memory.
