For the facts, take a look at Mitch Daniels, the Teaparty darling. He helped GWB hide the costs of Iraq (now at $1 to $3 trillion) and he'd cede the field to the far-left on cultural issues.

Mitch Daniels and fiscal cons in general (including Teapartiers) would ignore where the far-left are most noxious and least popular to concentrate on things that are far less important.
