Armageddon (1979)

There was a full moon over Memphis

National Guard outside thousands wait for Elvis

Waitin' ever since he died for a miracle gonna happen

His eminence to restore

The sound of thunder crackin'

Signals the beginning of the war to end all wars

(chorus)

Armageddon carry me home

Armageddon carry me home

Jerry and Linda in the whitehouse

President sleepin' in his shoes red phones ring in the blackout

Ain't got time to lose U-boats off New England

Enemy submarines from Boston to Miami

On a red alert, you better scramble all the F-15's

(chorus)

  • @regszikora I see.

  • @InfectedGuppy606 any thing that is good about North America actually is pretty much Canadian !!! Actually Canadiana like Americana is something that is Canadian in nature, be it culture or other things that are mindful of what is Canadian. However I suspect that you would not understand that.

  • Proud to be canadian!

  • @regszikora What the fuck is Canadiana?

  • True Canadian classic rock. Makes me proud to be a Canadian!

  • Prism disbanded for a while after Ron Tabak died in a bike crash in British Columbia in 1984....

They never recovered from the loss of their lead vocalist.... The unique sound of RonTabak's voice is something that has never been duplicated since.

  • that just blew me away!!

  • i wish i was one of those pilots

  • the begining sounded like am i evil

  • That's the most upbeat song about total destruction I've ever heard.
