How to fold a straw heart (and frog!)

Make a straw heart in 10 steps:

*Always move the right-most straw*

General steps:
(over) x2
(over, under) x2
(under, over) x2
(over, under) x2
(over) x2

Specific steps:
1) 3 over 1 & 4
2) 4 over 3, aligned with 2
3) 3 over 4, under 2
4) 4 over 2 & 3, under 1
5) 2 under 3, over 1
6) 3 under 1 & 2, over 4
7) 1 over 2, under 4
8) 2 over 1 & 4, under 3
9) 4 over itself
10) 1 over itself

Straw frog history:
The humble straw frog was discovered some 5 years back while watching some female classmates fold the "hearts". I initially thought they were frogs and started making them jump. Thus the straw frog was born.

One question remains... Did the straw frog or straw heart come first?
