Ahh! Thank you so much! This is wonderful. I used to just hate Mrs. Johnson, but your videos have opened my eyes to her grace, style, wit and beauty. What a woman! And Carolyn's not a natural blonde? Say it ain't so! She's my favorite!

Well, based on the pictures of Nancy Barrett I've seen, I think it's safe to say she is a natural blonde. Hence Carolyn probably is as well (despite having 2 parents with dark hair), but I still like hinting otherwise.

Plus I could really see Mrs Johnson speculating about the issue & spreading gossip on it.

Thanks a million for re-uploading this! And there are a few changes with this version, too! I agree that Frid should have played the beatnik-Barnabas instead of Bramwell, lol. Bramwell drives me crazy. Actually most of that storyline is annoying, in my opinion. And you're soooo right about Willie needing to decide if he's from New York or the South. I start laughing every time he changes accents in the middle of a scene.

Oh, and your list of stories Mrs Johnson heard is awesome!

I'm actually lucky I can remember some of the 'annotations' used before, seems a long time since I first uploaded this clip. But I try to add more stuff when I can..

Oh, & I agree completely with you on Bramwell/1840 storyline. Hate his name ("Bramwell, for all your insurance needs."), hate his hair (miss the spikes!), think him & Catherine should both take a flying leap off of Widow's Hill & stop involving everyone else with their self-centered affairs.

I'm so glad you re-uploaded this one! Also love the million stories Mrs. Johnson could've told him . . . except I think Carolyn is a natural blond, just not a natural platinum blond. Love it!

Bramwell and Catherine are without a doubt the most annoying characters on the show. Every time they're on screen I just can't stand it. Plus the fact that Morgan constantly reminds me of the short king guy from Shrek... not even John Karlen could save the 1841PT story arc.
