@lisakafrawi Of course people have different methods mbak but as long as I'm the one leading the team they need to get accustomed to my methods. If they're the leader I will follow their methods. Fair enough right.

@OriMadjid, people have different method to produce great works. The common practice is working as a team. My suggestion is people can exercise with their own method as well if your method create friction and discomfort.

@lisakafrawi Alhamdulillah all the works from the team (which I lead) produce an astounding sales results. Of course no one want to do bad works mbak but to create phenomenal works it requires a different method which not everyone are used to. Hence it creates friction and discomfort since it forces people to get out of their comfort zone.

Just because I didn't put two names in the credit title under Creative Team (yang secara department resminya juga memang bukan under Creative Team) saya langsung dibombardir. Segampang bilang: "Ri tolong masukin semua nama anak-anak yang berpartisipasi dalam project ini termasuk yang diluar tim kreatif dong." Kan gampang. Nggak perlu sindir sana sindir sini. @Ori...just input for you, being a creative is good, being in the higher position is good, but please keep in mind that working in this industry is all about team work, wise, responsible. Being religious is also good but i am sure for any religion, people are working because is "halal". once again...be "mature". If you want to get "respect", please "respect" other people in your team as well. keep up the good work!

A baby is born and grows immediately because the dad was taking too long to search for help in the phone book because it might cost him to make the call which is why if you switched to Axis, none of these would happen. It is funny and a fresh take in promoting a telco service. And the first important rule of any advertising is : YOU SHOULDN'T BE BORING. This work really stands out! Ori, you're a creative genius!! You have my respect!

@TheTown99 (Part 2) Tapi gw sudah perkirakan akan ada respon seperti ini dari banyak orang. Wajar kalau kita naik posisi dengan cepat (karena Prestasi) bakal banyak orang yang tidak bisa menerima. Tidak apa-apa. Inilah hidup. Kalau prinsip hidup gw, selama kita mencari rejeki dengan halal dijalan Islam dan menjalaninya dengan ikhlas InsyaAllah akan diberi yang terbaik. @TheTown99 Reputasi dengan Prestasi dua hal yang berbeda brur. Penilaian Reputasi itu sangat variatif, ada yang bilang ok ada yang bilang bau kencur. Nggak masalah sih. Penilaian orang terhadap kita merupakan suatu variabel external yang tidak bisa kita kontrol. Jadi gw nggak mikirin. Nah kalau ngomongin Prestasi, ini sangat obyektif dan bisa terkuantifikasi. Contoh: pencapaian award, sales yang meningkat pesat karena karya iklan kita dan client's positive review...(Part I)
