  • @mcl9411 Unfortunately you cant do that specific exercise...but there are numerous ab exercises you can do without any machines...be well. Alycia

  • @CurlyGirlNancy If you do these exercises it will help increase the strength in your lower ab area...if you want to decrease size, eating properly and cardio are also very important...hope that helps. be well. Alycia

  • @rachelfxox Research shows the most important thing for the elasticity of skin is the food you eat...omega-3's seem to be beneficial. Also, the breathing exercises I show are very helpful as well. Be well. Alycia
