Robin shares her fears about motherhood with Elizabeth

Carly tells Robin she is having another doctor, who had hope for Michael, come to check on Michael. Later when Jax asks Patrick and Robin for their opinions, the two tell Jax to beware of physicians who will give false hope in order to make more money. Jax asks them if they think Michael's case is hopeless, and they both say yes. Robin and Patrick feel Michael will need to be moved to Shadybrook where doctors and attendants will be able to appropriately care for Michael in his comatose state. Jax thinks Carly will want to be the one caring for Michael, but Robin tries to explain that Carly wouldn't be able to take care of her vegetative son and still spend time with Morgan. After Jax leaves, Patrick notices Robin is clearly affected by the conversation with Jax about Michael. She reminds him she was the first person to hold Michael when Jason brought him home from the hospital after his birth. Later, Robin almost hyperventilates and talks to Liz about her anxiety over her unborn child. Liz assures Robin she will be a good mother and advises her to do the best she can do. That is what a mother does for her child. Later, Patrick and Robin approaches Carly and Jax about running more tests on Michael. Carly is against it at first and points out that Robin and Patrick are no longer Michael's doctors. Robin says the new doctors will want current information on Michael, so Carly finally agrees to the new tests.
