  • How do you consume enough calories without spiking your insulin when your bulking? You seemingly need a high amount of carbs to get enough calories.

    Also, cant brown rice, brown pasta sill spike your insulin if you too much of it?

  • @Putdatcookiedown LOW GI carb sources wont spike your inulin, things like brown rice, all types of beans etc are safe to eat throughout the day and wont affect you, which is why all the top bodybuilders although on steroirds still eat very healthily and after taking time to study there meals throughout the day, this is how they eat, high amount of lean protein, loads of veg and low gi carb sources;brown ric, wholemeal etc

  • @num1ubernacht insulin helps to increase maximum flow of nutrients to the muscle useful post workout. If you are diebetic and deem this a safe option, and then i wouldnt see why not.

  • if u are not diabetic u are using extra insulin yeah , but if ur diabetic you are not using extra insulin , so does insulin work for muscle groath if u are a diabetic ?
