@Amadeo790 Each new raid coming out in the game is considered the new "tier" of raiding and with it comes new better gear being a "tier" above the previous raid so this being the 12th tier means this is the twelfth raid pack to be released to the game. So, naturally, the gear that comes out with it and the sets for each class is sorted by the tier it comes out in.
