Utah Police Kill Marijuana Smoker in Own Home Without A No-Knock Warrent

The police had a no-knock warrant (though they forgot to bring it) to search for drugs. Busting down a citizen's door quickly, loudly, and with overwhelming force is the standard. Sure, the guy they were looking for was a roommate who had already moved out (and they knew it), but it is so vitally important that we find and imprison people smoking weed at home that even a hastily-planned no-knock midnight raid without warrant paperwork is preferable to allowing one more joint to be smoked by a middle aged man in his own home. When cops are in full body armor and shot a person with a golf culb, there is something wrong. They could of rush him and disarmed him without shoting, but no three shots to the chest is sufficient to subdue a Suspect! Where a shot to the arm or leg would of done it to subdued him. Still the raid should of not took place if Marijuana was legal. Some of our founding fathers smoked it! We are now living in a Un-Contitutional country where freedom is a Crime. If you harm no one do as you will.

I live in Utah and was nearly killed by the police when I was carrying a walking stick that I needed TO WALK WITH when they banged on my door and I answered. They were dressed in full SWAT outfits, I guess I was lucky...

DEA, FBI, and SWAT are the only real terrorists we need to worry about. More innocent people are being haphazardly murdered happens more often than you think. Despite what the federal government thinks, we have a right to defend our property, homes and families against even, oppression enforcement officers. If AMericans really want to fight a war on terror, we'll have to start at the local municipal building.
