Few days ago I bought two Greyhound tickets to go from Boston to New York. With huge surprise I found that I bought the tickets for the day before my supposed departure. I couldn't believe I was so stupid to do such a mistake. So, I tried to check what I did, and I tried to buy again the ticket knowing that my tickets are not refundable. And if you already have dealt with this kind of companies you know it's useless to ask for a refund.
With greater surprise than before, I found that I was not stupid at all and I hadn't done any mistake, but it is their website that changes the date each time, moving from the day you chose to the day before!!!
I couldn't believe it! I sent them an email since I was abroad and they didn't reply, I sent another one and they asked me to call them.
I call them and they wanted to charge me for changing the day I bought for THEIR mistake.
After this, I found on-line that a huge amount of people has problems with their website. It is hard not to think they are doing it on purpose.
Share this video among all your friends using Greyhound and let's see if they are still nor caring about it.
Latest update: Greyhound officially knows the bug, they explained me it happens only when you buy "from any time zone different from the one used in USA as the internet clock". But they don't care. I have or to buy new tickets or to spend 15$ dollars to change my own tickets.
Dear Greyhound, this is called a FRAUD.

I just changed the name of video. Now I explicitly talk about FRAUD. Greyhound knows about this bug. I sent them the video, I spoke to people, I found I'm not the only one. And not only they don't change my tickets, but the bug is still there!!!
