  • This makes ppl practicing this sovereign freeman on the land stuff, look bad. You dont need to be an asshole, you need to be a respectful human when informing the cop of your rights.

This makes us all look like idiots.

  • If the cop would have just let him blow his nose, it would have gone much better.

  • Very professional mountie right there, the RCMP did well in hiring him.

  • Even though he was unlawfully pulled over and stopped by the police officer, he was totally rude and disrespectful. He should have kept him calm and just stuck to his rights.

All he had to do is let them do what they want, then charge them later.

The officer was very respectful, he just wasn't aware of the guys rights.

Personally I think this video is just propaganda to make sovereigns/freemen look like villains, because it shows how some can be.

  • What great police officer. You rarely see that kind of patience.

  • i would love to know the outcome of this...if anyone knows how to get hold of this guy.. let me know

  • This guy is just a drunk. All that talk he sounds like a spoiled brat. Where did it get him? His car was still towed

  • I like how the cop says to the dispatcher "He doesn't believe in common law." LOL

  • @Myaucat You lose your "rights" when you are drinking and driving. If you give an officer a reason to suspect you are drunk, the law in Canada says that gives the officer the right to investigate further. If you refuse to take a breathalyzer, the officer then has the right to bring you to the police station to administer the test there. This video was taken near my hometown, and the officer was my neighbor. The kid was charged with drinking and driving, and I don't feel bad for him.

  • Hahaham this fucker watches too many american TV shows. It's a shame this wasn't america though, because that "assault" would have been 60 times amplified.
