OPINION is subjective and always be but i have a personal point of view and i never force it to anybody to believe me. I compare this two in their prime time. I love Mariah because she can do a colotura arpeggio around 5 time in her whistle, and her chest voice was veins free. Why whitney the second? if you sing a song with the right technique ( full chest voice ) veins won't burst out even if you are thin. They only happened when you hold the vocal under the jaw (chord stem). But whitney had a few veins free performances.
