@midnightsky41 Public Employees have10% of their salaries automatically taken out for their retirement. This does NOT mean that they are only paying 10% of their retirement benefits and that the taxpayers are paying the other 90% of the rest. That's two different things. It would be like if you are funding your own retirement by taking out 10% of your salary and putting it into your retirement fund....automatically.

And where does it say that police, fire, and nurses and all the other public sector jobs need to be public unions and paid for by the tax payer and we get no say. they get to earn double what the rest of us make and we get to pay for their retirement and healthcare for life! that's sounds like something in the constitution tro me!
