Yep. The only tricky part is getting the gear attached well. The rest is easy.

  • but most toys have the little motors with the flat sides :O

    Oh well... improvise

  • @freeNode5 Funny thing about rubber bands.... they'll wrap around just about any shape. :-) I was kinda presuming I didn't need to demonstrate on every shape of motor. :-P

  • @JMEMantzel hey jaimie now that you are back from vacation (whenever you aren't too busy) are you gonna work on some tshirts? i sent you $25 a couple months ago and i want to look super cool in my tshirt!!! i sent you a couple messages but i dont really know what your main email is.

  • @kekejojo1212 Oh... ya. Sorry. Once in a while a shirt gets lost in the mail. Doesn't happen too often, but enough to be annoying. :-P Uhh.... I'll send you an e-mail. :-)

  • Do you ever have any problems with the gear sliding?

  • @kzxqrit If the gear slides, I'll take it off, and use a file to rough up the motor shaft. That usually does the trick. ....but you can always resort to crazy gloo!

  • @jacebigelow Ya, the masking tape trick works well too. :-) Don't tell anyone, but I used to uhh.. melt pieces together with a lighter. heh.... heh... in a well ventilated area, of course.
