Kids love frogs, and frogs love not to jump. It only seems natural that there would be a competition built around these premises.

Oh, give it up. I'm as much an animal lover as anyone but this seems pretty tame compared to much of what goes on out there, including killing frogs for food. This is done in a fun spirit and while the frogs are scared, they're going to be just as scared by random stuff in their native habitats anyway, due to human encroachment. At least this way some kids are having fun and making memories and getting to love animals. Besides, frogs aren't mammals, their "scared" is not ours.

Yes. Scaring and throwing frogs for a child's amusement will definitely instill within the younger generation moral values for the future of the US. Thank you God.
