  • The big daikons are true asian daikons. They are sometimes as long as 2 feet long.

  • This would probably be a good video, but that awful music drowns out and distracts so that you can't hear the speaker. I couldn't handle it. Too bad, but I really want to understand what I'm looking at. Bye.

  • I recently made sauerkraut for the first time. I've lived 1/2 of my life in Germany and was missing it so much, I decided to try fermenting some cabbage myself. The fermentation process only took 14 days here in warm Hawaii and the sauerkraut tastes just like I've had so often in Deutschland.

  • I love fermented foods. I'm really excited to try the apple and beet I just put in the refridgeraror.
