Only in the GBA version. In the PS2 remake: KH:Re:CoM, there are voices, but since it's Japan-exclusive only, it's all Japanese voices. There are voices for all of the Organization members, Sora, Donald, Goofy, Jiminy, Riku, Mickey, DiZ, Ansem and Namine.
