Proto Man 9 - Wily's Castle Boss #1 (Buster Only)

Fight against the first boss of Wily's Castle as Proto Man in Mega Man 9.

I had some trouble with this, mainly because you can't take as many hits and can't push the spike balls as fast with Proto Man. However, the strategy is essentially the same as Mega Man's.

Just out of curiosity, but what other weapon can you possibly use on this boss that would work as well as the Buster?

@jodalita You could use the Magma weapon, I forget its name. Since it fires in three directions, it might be able to kill more than one at once. Honestly, you're better off with the Buster, though.

Admittedly, the Buster is the best weapon to use on this boss. What really makes this hard is that Proto Man can't take a whole lot of hits, so dodging the triangular shots is a whole lot more important.

i like to use the trident to start out with, i can spam it really quickly and get the first few balls knocked back
