@mandatum Well people do talk about what they did see on the news, and I do think many stations do find new content to place in the news, however we do live in a different world vs. 20 yrs ago and the audience and consumers are smart. However this station is owned by a major media company and they are a business and want to see a return on their profit so fall back and let Local 4 News go to work for you!

"The talked about stories you can only see here." Yeah, right. When is the last time anybody has actually had a conversation with a friend about a story they saw on the news? Please, news has always been mostly irrelevant to peoples lives. Now with the internet it is completely irrelevant. And yet these jokers keep doing the same shit over and over, day after day. Who gives a shit? Does anybody really pay attention to this crap? Rip and read. Get some footage of the fire. IMPRESSIVE!

Do these guys think that all this bullshit about "we are news" "we go where the news is" "we look out for you" means anything to anybody anymore? News is fucking news. There's hardly a dimes worth of difference from one station to the next. Instead of spending all this money and effort trying to differentiate themselves with flash and pretty graphics, maybe they ought to think about changing up the content? Why not put all that time, energy and cash into creating unique content?
