    I'm making this today, just wondering if you had a written recipe for this? Specifically what the proportions or amounts are for the BBQ saucerton? Also I don't have a blender or smasher, will it matter if I just chops those shits up real small instead?

  • @Zukez GReat news! as long as you chop it really fine you should be alright. It should break down in the sauce if you do it really REALLY fine. if anything, just simmer it to get all the flavors out and then strain it. THEN add all the other shit. Kinda like a stock for soup. I'd say about 2 cups of root beer. the rest, just follow your heart. no more than a teaspoon of mustard. Maybe like a quarter of an onion, like a tablespoon of shredded ginger. Use the zest of a whole orange...
