The theme of this AMV is Sasuke regretting the bad that he's done to Naruto. Now that he needs him, he doesn't know how to get him.
Anyways, it's pretty much Shonen Ai/Yaoi BUT, it's okay to be portrayed as FRIENDSHIP.
