I agree, switch to the company that screws customers (see incoming text fee), clear cuts Canadian jobs to send overseas, sends personal data to countries with lax privacy laws and horrible identity theft rings, files FALSE DMCAS, censors their customers' Internet connection...am I missing anything?

Rogers customers, becareful of the your expiring agreements/contract. Rogers using article 11 will try to hit you with a cancellation fee ( an additional 1 month ) this is not right - a class action suit is being prepared against the company. When a contract expires it is exactly that no further action is required by law, if the user cancels his/her contract prior to the expiry date - different story. I would be interested in hearing from other users

Thank You Major Nourhaghighi for informing the World about all kinds of fraud by Canadian companies in particular Rogers Internet services in Toronto.

On FEB 8, 2011 I signed up a contract with Rogers, JOHN, via phone for one year Internet services in which for 3 months pay half of $46.

But I saw on March they defrauded me PC Master Card by withdrawing $53.10.

On MAR 16 I called & objected. Addey # Qi46 said we have no such record and you must pay full!

Now I don't know were to complain

well i have rogers and i don't get service in a elevator...i can't even get service underground(my school is underground) meanwhile my friends who have MTS (Manitoba telephone services) get full bars...and i pay $10 more a month and i still have a shit phone
