TMNT: The Hyperstone Heist (Sega Genesis) level 2 gameplay.

This is a vid of a two player playthrough of the Second Level of the classic Sega Genesis game Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: The Hyperstone Heist.

We're a little out of practice with the game as you may be able to tell, and we're playing it on hard. I had played a run-through it the night before I recorded this vid but my brother, who's player 2, had not played the game in years.

I don't put much stock into ratings anymore. The real test of a game for me is myself. I don't let other people's opinions sway me. I've missed out on too many great games in the past because some reviewer had a stick up their a** overt he game.

And I've also played some merely OK to crappy games that got awesome reviews, so reviews don't effect me one bit anymore. I've been gaming for far to long now, and can decide for myself.

I've watched vids, and it doesn't even look like the same game aside form the levels being 3D versions of the original. From the music, to the gameplay to everything that made TiT great looks to have been stripped.

That game had it's 2D charm, and from what I've seen the new one only Turtles in Time in name only. They just wanted to bank off the name of the original.

eh, graphic wise I like it, even though I haven't played it yet. But I still prefer the SNES, Super Shredder FTW!!

YEah, but it's not the real Turtles in Time. You don't mess with a classic. I'm not even gonna look it's way. They already screwed it up the seconds they decided to tamper with it.

I know it's a long stretch, but I hope they both do; HH mostly, cuz between the two I played HH first!

I think TMNT4 is coming out to one if not all of the services, but I doubt Hyperstone Heist will ever see the light of day, because it's overshadowed by Turtles in Time.

idk, all i know is tmnt 1 is on vc, and the arcade game is on... xbox?
