With Luca De Ferrari, tasting Vino Nobile di Montepulciano, Vino Nobile Riserva and Nocio.
The most important label-and the most ancient too- is the
VINO NOBILE D.O.C.G is the standard vino Nobile ,produced inabout 50.000 bts whit a traditional blend we use by the 60's: 85% Sangiovese, 15% Canaiolo, Mammolo and Colorino, aged for 24 months in oak before the bottling.
VINO NOBILE RISERVA D.O.C.G is a blend of 90% sangiovese and 10% merlot ,10.000 bts mixing the elegance and the full-bodied, aged for three years in oak before the bottling
NOCIO DEI BOSCARELLI D.O.C.G is a special selection made in a particular place : a cru'. The grapes, 100% Sangiovese, are selected in a parcel of three hectares named: " Vigna del Nocio" (Vineyard of the Walnut tree ndr), we produce about 6.000 bts only in the best vintages .
