Nathan's grief and guilt over losing Peter, set to the tune of "Hallelujah" by Rufus Wainwright. This is my first attempt at a vid, so feedback is much appreciated!

  • who is singing? I didn't know this version of bob dylan's song...

  • It's Rufus Wainwright singing, and the song was originally written and performed by Leonard Cohen. I wasn't aware there was a Dylan version?

  • Hiro was right about Nathan, in regards about him caring too much. With Peter, Nathan could take on the world, but without him, he gave up. A sad and painful video, but a perfectly told story. Any chance of reunion video on the cards? All in all you done a bloody good video. :)

  • Hiro's a wise fella :) Heroes really brings out how much we need the connection with other people in our lives - it's hard to be a hero all on your own. I'm glad you enjoyed the video - I've been busy with school so I haven't had time to make any more, but I hope too over the summer, and certainly when the show comes back on, because there had *better* be a Nathan!

    Thanks for commenting :)

  • the beard is gone but the angst ain't over - so true!!

This was absolutly gorgeous! I knew you could write, but it somehow escaped me that you could do vids too!

Now, what I want to know is why there hasn't been andy nathan/peter vids set to He Ain't Heavy by Rufus Wainwright (throws vid bunny at you)

  • Aw, thank you! I'm glad you liked it :) I started another vid a while back but was having problems with my video maker; I really want to finish it someday...Ugh, they take so much time, though! That Rufus song would be *perfect* - no more bunnies, please, I have so many! Hee.

  • The song is by a Canadian singer song writer and poet Leonard Coen not Bob Dylan people. It's one of the most covered songs in music history. Idiots

  • Fantastic, gorgeous work. This vid proves that you don't have to have fancy coloring/effects/transitions in order to be a powerful piece. I really like this version of the song and I love how you chose to tie ".07%" in with "HTSAEM". It's so striking to me that despite his cool mein, Nathan is completely lost without Peter, and you highlighted it SO well here. Thanks so much for a great, heartbreaking vid. <3

  • wait a seck does peter die? i havent seen the show in a long time

  • this is really moving...

  • Yes. Very close brothers. And they love each other. Very much. Full of brotherly love, those two are ^_^
