I still need to drink more water, kick the snacks for veggies, and start meditating. But I've got the yoga going on and I've been smiling at strangers all my life. 2 down 3 to go =)

yay for meditation!
I love love Maum Meditation because their centers are all around the world and its result is perminent. It's the only meditation that use 'substratction' method.
Once you throw the false mind away, you're never bothered with it again.

Hey Tara where are you from?
