3D Multitouch: When Tactile Tables Meet Immersive Visualization Technologies

Our 3D multitouch system combines a collaborative multitouch interface with the immersive 3D visualization techniques that are stereo and head tracking. Our additional multi-view support enables two users visualizing a single 3D mockup with their own viewpoints.
This demonstration has been developed within the framework of an European research project, V-City.
Immersion has been chosen to introduce this system among "Emerging technologies" during the Siggraph 2010 (July - Los Angeles).
