Well said, and I 2nd your advixe. Back 20yrs ago when he made these I had never planted a twig and had no idea. I was inspired from the 1st video, he makes everything simple and inspires a great passion. He is so right about EVERYTHING and I believe his ideas were way ahead of his time.

If you're new to permaculture, I would strongly urge you to Google his name and the word Permaculture to view many other videos.
He is one of the top five Permaculturist in the world and well worth watching and reading about if you're interested in sustainability for yourself and the earth, organic farming, and eating healthier and cheaper.
A great inspiration for all gardeners around the world.

permaculture works everywhere. here in canada there are permaculture associations in every province. do a google search, i'm sure you'll find what you're looking for.

hahahaha.. I love the lawn part of this vid.. When you step out of normality, you see how strange it is to keep a lawn.. people slaving over their lawn to make it perfect and orderly. It's just so weird. Why don't they do the same work initially to start a garden that provides them with shelter, food and enjoyment, whilst requiring them to do less hard labour work and more leisure work cooking the veg and brewing the wine :D. I got rid of my lawn years ago and now it's great!
