@COR281 hmmm they do make it more serious than it should be but at the same time they make the industry better, and so we get better boards (etc), more pro surfers to look to, an so on .. so i agree but somehow it is a necessary evil hahahah

@JMort95 The Drifter was was a waste of money for anyone who bought it because I agree, some of those tubes were so long and ruler edged, not to mention shallow and heavy, but not enough surfing from a great goofyfoot. Anyway, Rob got so many sick pits on his way to winning that year that was just one of em. He is smooth, even at pipe where unless you're Hawaiian, or have pull in the peckimg order, its hard to get a wave and look as relaxed as he does during the training for the event,. RobRIPS.
