I thought I'd depart from my usual format of me playing guitar in my basement and go to someone else's house and jam instead. So here are "The Brain Darts" an electric duo that will warm the cockles of your heart as we tackle this difficult rock masterpiece.
That's Brian from Dr. Jah and the Love Prophets with the Guinesses and the bass. I mean, he's playing bass. I'm drinking a Bass (ale). We're chillin' at his crib.

  • Excellent cover!

  • Thanks - that guy is my oldest buddy - we grew up together downstate and played in many bands years ago. We are in seperate bands now, but still jam once in a while.

  • hey robert downey junior, how did you get away from the set long enough to fuck around with this stuff.

seriously, though, good effort. have you boys been toking a little something, though?

i was in a group called the brain darts, too! in the late 80's or so, in taunton, mass.

    where'd ya get the name?

  • The bass player caught a dart in the melon at a gig once. Actually - it is slang for, well, you know. (You kind of hint at it in your comment!) There is an advertising agency that uses it as a term for their insightful marketing campaigns, but here in the Northeast USA, we know what it really means!

  • How liquored up did you get for this video? Just kidding. Great job but turn the treble down on the guitar. Have you ever heard of the warm sound in the neck pickup?

  • You can see we've hardly touched the beers yet. You're right about the treble. Is that what that little switchy thing does?

  • nice.

  • A great duet on a difficult song to play with 2 instruments. The best musical experiences are typically informal

  • Another 5 star performance of a very tough song. The Strat sounds awesome like a great Strat should. How can one not love such an unpretentious band? I'll be seeing them in Montreal on July 2, 2008!

  • Wish I could join in with you guys!
