Little Tich (Harry Relph, 1867-1928) was an English music hall comedian who was filmed in 1899 by the Lumière Brothers performing his satire of Loie Fuller's 'Serpentine Dance'.

I've added part of Wager's 'Ride of the Valkyries' from the Ring Cycle opera 'Brünnhilde' as this rather dramatic music was used by Fuller herself in performance. And also works well I think to meet Tich's satirical aims.
