i know exactly how these guys feel when it comes to injuries. ive been doing mma for almost five years now. the injuries ive sustained were a dislocated shoulder, hyperextended elbow,sprained ankle and a twisted knee.
@damyouz Both guys featured in this video are currently undefeated... Cody is 11-0 and on the latest TUF season. Beerbohm is 14-0 and has beaten some decent names (Vitor Ribeiro, etc) and is one of the more talented up and coming LWs (with a pretty compelling background story to boot).
@damyouz who sucks, cody mckenzie is on the latest ultimate fighter show and he looks pretty fucking good to me, put his opponent to sleep fairly easily
no but i mean working out like that is probly one of the funnest ways to work out as well as learn how to deffend yourself and fight. But dont say "We'll thats MMA" ...wtf?
any ways.... doing Jits after youve been in boxing or kickboxing for a while will give you a better advantage.. especially at these guys ages

i figured id stop going to the gym to grapple n sparr to focus on going to a regular gym to run n lift weights. then go back
