@deneb: i knew the sounds at the beginning of the video were not the sonic booms that the shuttle creates... i've watched shuttle landings before

Here's how you do it: using a video editor like Sony Vegas or Pinnacle, put a descending clock on a light green screen. Then what you do is on the good video editors, there's a part called a "chroma key" that removes the green, leaving the white number. Television has been doing it for years...

Actually, I'm thinking of doing future launches and landings clockless. I did it for the past 3 launches and landings because no one else was doing that, but it does take some time to do, and that time could go in to putting up the video faster. Thanks for the comments!
