@papillon0970: I am reasonably certain she is Italian. I researched this about 9 months ago and somewhere I read Pre-TCA she was in high demand in numerous Italian films because she resembled a typical Italian woman. Its too bad she didn't go on to do much more in American Film. According to IMDB she did two more American Films but not even a supporting role! Then nothing. Not a magazine cover or anything. Any Fluent-Italians out there should be able to find more info on at Italian Sites.
