Digitech GSP1101.
Line6 POD Pro.
Eleven Rack.
Just some of my other gear. That I use in my study, where I practise, and sometimes write a song. My guitar amps are outside in the garage under a heap of boxes full of crap. They havn't been turned on for about a year now... :) Anyway I'll do a video someday of those and all this gear too...

  • :) Yeah right but you cannot use the plugin. I would recommend it if you can live without the use of the Plugin. I have a Mac too, so I use the ProTools on that. I switch between Sonar on Windows but never bothered to record the 11Rack on Sonar - please let me know how you get on if you get it ! Which I think you will :):) wishing you much happiness with it if you do! Best of luck bud!

  • what would you recommend....11R or GSP?

  • @martyfriedman666 Hi there that is a good question. I'd have to say the 11Rack to me just has the edge on the GSP. But I relate that to the sound quality and authenticity. But do not like the way Digidesign restrict it's use of the Plugin to ProTools. You cannot use the software plugin without ProTools. So if you're a Sonar, DP, Cubase or Studio One user you're out of luck.

The GSP1101 has something else going for it too. The Foot controller is fantastic. Programming it to is very easy.

  • @RishPickups I looked into that cos Iv used Sonar a few times! You actually can use the 11R with Sonar. Digi released a Windows7 64bit standalone for the 11R and I've seen on forums people have been using it with sonar without any problems!

Thanks for the reply. I'm thinking of getting an 11R. I have a marshall vintage modern and a 5watt valve amp i built but the whole volume thing being an issue for recording i started looking into some alternatives and 11R got my attention!
