This isn't a smokey eye. Smokey eye applications consist of a dark color that starts at the lash base and fades upwards. Multiple colors can be used from dark to light but crease contouring is not involved. Color below the eye is optional.

You could try tightlining: putting eyeliner on the upper waterline as well. That way when you blink, whatever you have on the lower waterline won't rub onto the top.

just use the video and keeping pausing and playing wile doing your eye makeup its really easy to do..

The makeup looks good but the eyebrows need work. The left one is noticeable thiner than the right one. She need to let the other left eyebrow grow in.
