Try to go the entire minute. Even if your pace slows, the initial goal is to not stop moving for that 20 minutes. Your strength & endurance will really build!

  • RockOn

Just do the 20 minutes, but challenge yourself. The interval method is more effective training than the long distance or steady paced method of aerobic training.

  • Out of curiosity, how long should the 'high point' last? Should it be for the whole 19th minute of the workout or just as long as you are able?

  • and I wanted to know if I should keep on that or follow the 20 mins solution? Can I follow the 20 mins solution x3 thus making it an hour? The weight training and other non-aerobic exercise is being done as said in the book on the biggest part.

  • I follow nearly precisely the Body for Life week plan because even before and without knowing it I did more or less ( after searching on the matter of gymnastics, especially aerobic exercise) the same that is recommended. A trainer gave me the 3 days aerobics, 3 days upper/lower body exercising scheme after being told what I want to achieve, which mainly is weight loss and toning on second destiny. The problem is that I can run on bicycle and treadmill for an hour continiously...

  • So much easier when you see it in a video like this rather than reading the book. I was stumped earlier just reading. This helped a lot, thanks.

  • @j927tijs fat does not burn from one single place. when your body burns fat, it takes it from all over your body. not just the area you are working out. so yes, you will lose fat in you belly/love hnadles area as well as every other area of your body.

  • I'm currently doing this routine on the treadmill, after not doing ANY exercise for several years, and, as before, it's working PERFECTLY! The fat's seemingly falling off! I'd like to thank Bill or whomever created this routine!

  • Hi drummerlars: Can u tell me if i do the 20-minute Aerobic Solution 3 times a week for a month, will it be able to lose fat around the belly/love handles as well? Sorry for my english.
