There are tons of MLM Opportunities out there that promise you the world and much more in return for joining them. Unfortunately, it is getting harder to pick the diamond from the stones. You quite literally have the power to write your own destiny and with a little help and guidance, you will be exercising that power.

So how do you pick the right MLM opportunity and how do you know what the right choice is?

Here are 3 factors with questions you should consider when deciding which MLM Opportunity is going to work best for you.

1. Support/Leadership

What kind of support will you be getting from your upline? Are they accessible and committed to your success? Are they willing to sit down with you and discuss strategies and give you guidance when you need it? What kind of training does the company provide?

Is the person who is introducing you to the opportunity committed to YOUR success?

There's a big difference between "sponsor mentality" and a typical "recruiter mentality." A sponsor coaches. motivates and trains and a recruiter just signs people up and in most cases, abandons them.

2. Compensation

Compensation plans will vary from one MLM Opportunity to the next. They can sometimes be confusing and hard to understand for both you and the person introducing them to you. It is up to you to ask the right questions when evaluating any company's pay plan.

3. Products

MLM Opportunities are hard to sell, So what about the products? Will they help you or hold you back? Can you easily describe your products in a few words, or does it take half an hour to explain? Can you bring it up in your conversation in a casual, non-threatening manner, or will you have to scheme your way through it? Will you be proud and comfortable selling them?

Is the product or service trendy or a fad?

You've probably heard horror stories about people ending up with a garage full of expensive stff that they don't need . You can't build long term residual income (i.e., your retirement!) if the product or service only has short term appeal (e.g., beany babies, etc.). Think long term instead. Is the product or service something that your customers will continue to use for a long time? In other words, it MUST provide tremendous value, so the customer is the biggest winner.
Your Decision and Commitment

After considering all points, take a leap of faith and commit to it!! If you do nothing, you'll stay right where you are. You don't want to make a rushed decision, but you also don't want to wait too long and lose the momentum. Joining an MLM opportunity is only a small step, it's in the work you do that will make a difference. Otherwise, it doesn't matter what you choose. So the sooner you start, the sooner you will start seeing results.
