  • -Drink water all day (Piss should be crystal clear)

    -Build Muscle/Burn Fat

    -Always warm-up and stretch before every workout

    -Get your heart rate up and Do full body workouts

    -Don't eat 3 hours before Bed

    -Stay away from empty calories, and crappy Carbs (non whole grain foods = bad)

    -Get as much Protein and Fiber as possible

    Above all else have will power, it's all worth it in the end. Hope this helps and message me if you want some advice or encouragement.

  • I thought when doing lunges it is best to do them slow and controlled. Also, like the video instructor I've never seen an overweight 25 mile runner but I've also never seen a 25 mile a day runner looking on youtube for toning advice. However, 25 miles a day is a heavy stress to place on the patella so I hope those people are putting money aside to get their knees replaced. o_o

    they maybe have some fat, but not layers cuz otherwise they wouldn't be lookin that good!

  • @mrningaili ok i get what you want . i agree and all except for again the last bit. it is fat!! whats meat ? muscle fat or organs. i ll break this down real simple. our legs are made up of bones muscle than a layer of fat and ultimately skin covering it all. if you say its meat and not fat i take you mean muscle(there is nothing else left). if that was true she would have legs like Jillian Michaels. which they clearly are not. ar from that really. so its fat. layers and layers of fat.

    by thick, i dont mean as in it is really thick.

    just means that she is not one of that supermodels who hold no meat in their body at all. she holds some meat in those thighs. not fat!
