This is a Ken Burns style video about the First Transcontinental Railroad that I made for a school project. All music is credited to the artist in the credits.

Hope you enjoy it!

  • Thank you!!!!!! We really appreciate it. She would love to link to the whole video but there are rules against placing links in the website, video length, etc. So nice of you to help. Your video truly is excellent and well written. Good luck to you.

  • @ecdsld can the link be apart of a works cited format? at least I would like my name (stan grunder) to be credited. and can I have a link to her website? thanks

  • It's a National History Day project about the Transcontinental Railroad. She has won at the school and district levels and is now going to our state competition. Her website quotes Judah's "Practical Plan", and she wants to use the part of your video that shows Judah's face while reading the Practical Plan. She needs to make her changes by March 23. Thank you for any help you can give!

  • @ecdsld yeah, sure. I have no problem with it. I found the picture online and I dont know what site it is from but you might want to do a google image search and find it and credit a website. But yeah, go ahead and use it. and yes full credit would be great, maybe link to the video too? let me know how it all turns out. cheers

  • Great job! My daughter wants to use part of this for a school project. Would that be possible? We have sent a "friend" request so we can get direct permission. Thank you! (ecd)

  • @ecdsld which part does she want to use? and whats the project for? im curious now. and to answer your question it would depend on which part you want to use
