Keep Clarence in your prayers; he suffered a serious stroke a few days ago in Florida.

I worked with JT for two years, toured Japan with him, recorded an album with him, as well as brawled a few times. JT was a talented guy, a real authentic R&B singer, and a good guy when you got to know him. But, a tragic character, and one who i think of often. See ya in the next life brother.

Richard Bush wrote it for his band the A's. Clarence put the song on his album "Rescue" in 1983. J.T. Bowen was Clarence's lead singer.
