@jjfan05 What do you mean? He said it because she looks older than him and they have a romantic relationship. Even though in reality the Doctor is older, he still looks younger so it's easy for outsiders to assume that she is a Cougar.

@Anna464 Ahhh, it's alright. I'll explain! In 1967 a movie was released called "The Graduate". It was about the misadventures of a recent and rather virginal college graduate who has an affair with an older (and far more experienced) married women.
The soundtrack was supplied by Simon & Garfunkel, and famously features the song "Mrs. Robinson". You can hear the beginning of the track during the confidential. And if you're interested, you can watch a fanvid I made with the song on my channel.
