a quick tip if u want to select everything thats black then go to select color range and then when they eye dropper comes up select the black on ur photo and click ok

Damn I could hug you for this dude!! Everybody; and I mean Everybody else was using the pen tool. Sure this method has it's flaws (leaving small traces of white) but its so much quicker than retracing a scan. Much appreciated!!

Loved the tutorial could you do a tutorial about doing metallic surfaces using the gradient tool? I really need to get this part down pack. I have a hard time putting in a metallic surface with the gradient tool without covering up the line artwork. The lines always get covered up when I do it. I would really appreciate a tutorial about this, Thanks.
