So For Recording Purposes Can I Stream The Beat And Audio Through The Mixer To The Headphones at The Same Time While Recording Vocals Back Into The Computer ??

Do you HAVE to do the first connection you show, as in the computer output connection? This is what I want to do, I want to just connect the mixer using rca out on the mixer, to a line in input on an m audio interface, so whatever the mixer picks up, will go through the interface and into Pro Tools on one stereo track, so can I JUST use the 2nd connection you talked about (rca tape output of mixer into soundcard)

Would all those connections make the recording quality suffer?

If You have a Mixer Amp Etc...Try to connect the Rec output from the amp or mixer to the Mic input to your Laptop or Pc then Adjust the Volume for no Feedback etc

soooo if i want to record each individual channel on its own track in audacity or something instead of the whole mix on one track what would i need for that

@Concequence In this case you need only to connect mixer to a laptop's soundcard
