@Fiveten1234 That's one of the least scary/dangerous things people do with grigris on El Cap.
A group of valley locals pitch in every year or so and replace it. Dirtbags who are in the valley at the time typically pitch in. Same deal with static lines fixed to heart ledges and east ledges.

@PolarSun1 It's South Seas, but ever since people figured out how much fun the swing was, the rope has been left up there and replaced as it gets worn. All you need is a grigri and a harness - run up there and go for a ride!
