Katharine McPhee - Terrified

I loved Didi Benami's version (she's my favorite!) of "Terrified" on American Idol, and it totally made me love Katharine McPhee's version even more than I already did. So I wanted to sing it 'cause it was stuck in my head. Annnd, before you ask, the instrumental is from Acoustic Guitar Karaoke Volume 16 (by Kris Farrow), and you can get it on iTunes (full album is $6, the song by itself is $1).

No actual virtuosity or talent, just the dime-a-million ability to hold a tune - some of the time. No actual musical originality or creativity, merely the derivative of past derivatives. Not even absolute technical skill, merely weak, transient acquaintance with the true notes. Sickeningly boy bandishly syrupy.

I agree you should take up pop music as a career. You will likely do very well.
