@rivalbrothers Well it doesn't really matter. You should get the tapes that have longer duration and are of a high quality name brand, like Panasonic or Sony tapes. Don't use no jenky ass piece of shit JVC shit. lol

can you use sony premium tapes with this camera?

@TheFilmerChris You can use any Mini DV tape from any company, but you have to be careful not to mix companies all the time because it could possibly mess the heads up. So you should stick with one company the whole time unless you have to switch.
