  • ur entering too early.

  • @pinxyjane0607 : Rubbish, further reach would be overreaching, causing a smashing and push-down of water.

  • Very good technique. I think the only thing that needs to be improved is that open turn after first couple of laps.

  • Very fast, dude )

  • It's maybe because if you are novice in freestyle, you haven't a good technique with your arm and your legs sink. So you swim slow and you want to compensate by kicking too hard. If it is the case, like me at the beginning, try swimming with a pud-boy or practise to improve your body position.

  • good style, you're very fast

  • I'll let you know..that I used to be dead after 25 yards/meters on front crawl..But I learned it's all in the shoulders and getting a lot of air and exhaling the same amount.

Work on shoulder strength and flexibility, and inhaling and exhaling the same amount of air.

  • nice! is good to watch as i need vast improvements on my front crawl!

    any advice on technique?

my problem is im tired after one length xD lol.. is that a usual inexperienced error?

I can swim breast stroke for miles and miles.. but frontcrawl/freestyle.. really does kill me? I know no answer can be given,, so just advice would be great! thx keep up the work

  • phoca and harewood got it, but a conflition of stlyes, which is unusual and does not normally have good results. alsoo, why the absence of flipturns?

  • Good analysis by Harewood. Too many strokes, little glide, no push through. Hard to see what is going on with the catch.
